There is a long tradition of companies using animal mythology as the visual backbone of their brand. The notions of Americana and stalwart trustworthiness are hard to resist. Sweetwater Investments asked us to create a logo using the buffalo as a central theme. The logo needed to go from full-color to one-color without losing any punch. We created a strong profile of the subject and that maintains it's strength regardless of color palette. We also included a subtle nod to financial reports within the logo.
